Hebie Chainglider chain guard. It doesn't mount to the frame, it just hangs on the chain. It works pretty well and comes on and off in a few minutes (less if you just need to remove the tire).

I added a cable housing stop closer to the bottom bracket. That is really where the cable housing stop needs to be to work well with Shimano or SRAM internal gear hubs. The rear one will be removed before the frame gets painted.
